Characteristics

Through adopting the continuous transmission and heating teachniques,LPG is able to reduce the friction between the surface of the glass and the surface of the ceramic rollers so that it can improve

the heating uniformity.The use of lower temperature entry for the furnace avoids the breakage of the surface of the glass after the entry.The teachque of testing the state of galsses'exit ensures the

safety of the glasses'exit of the furnace. The emergency inside the flat quenching can be dealt in time because of the fast opening and closing system for it.

1-2 engineers for installation guidance, commissioning and training free. 

Provide operation manuals, including electric diagrams, guidance of operation and maintenance, main process parameter setting. 

Warranty:

Seller will be responsible for the non-artificial damage devices (not including wearing parts), provide technical services and spare parts, and assist to solve the problems during production. Seller should give assistance buyer to solve the problem timely when failures happen.
