Radiation Flat Glass Tempering Furnace
Application: furniture, decorative, architecture, building laminatedglass, ect.

Glass tempering furnaces are designed to make finished pieces of glass both stronger and safer in the event that they break. Glass tempering furnaces heat up a piece of glass to a very high temperature, usually over 600° Celsius, and then rapidly cool it uniformly using air jets, a process called quenching.  The rapid cooling causing the surface of the glass to undergo extreme compression, making it much stronger against impacts and heat shock.  Additionally, due to the intense pressures within the glass, if the glass fails, it shatters into several tiny and relatively spherical pieces, making it much less likely for people to become injured from the shards.
 

Characteristics

 

The perfect combination of radiation heating and heating balance can uniform the heating of chamber and shorten heating time. Heating system without cover can reduce heating loss, achieve the goal of saving energy.Multi-point temperature detecting system ensure precision temperature control, reduce glass breakage in chamber because of excessive temperature differentials. All motors have real-time monitoring if any wrong will alarm.Combining controlling technique of blower with frequency inverter&collect air box patented, make glass cooling achieve the best effect, get the lowest energy consumption. 

 

Note: All the size are based on millimeter and production are calculated by 5mm float glass at 80% loading rate and 100% finishing rate. The change of equipment configuration will be in accordance with the difference of glass thickness range and environmental factors, it is depend on actual situation.

Technology Features
 
1. Radiant panel installed in heating chamber, which can avoid broken glass drop and damage heating element and ensure the heat inside chamber is absorbed by glass evenly. It is also convenience for the heating parts maintenance.
 
 
2. The heating chamber transmission adopts double round belt, orthogonal setting, which can ensure the stable running. High quality of aluminum silicate insulation scientifically sorting and precision cutting technology, it can be improved the heat efficiency and keep the low temperature outside of the furnace.
 
 
3.The alloy sections and steel sheet is card slot design & cold riveted double protection design, which can avoid deformation of heat welding and high pressure long time condition. Air platoons can be adjusted in up-down, left-right, front-back these 6 position for multi-angle adjustment , it can make glass cooling effect is the best. 
 
 
4.Exclusive new radial arch design & adjustable plate inside design can aggregate the high pressure better. So high pressure air can distribute uniformity that ensures glass flatness will be better.
 
 
5.Blower will automatically adjust to Zero Frequency in 60s before glass going out. This design will save more electricity consumption than 20Hz frequency.
 
 
6.Pass section is design for 4mm glass, use 2 blower for cooling glass. When 4mm glass come out from heating chamber, big blower will open to quenching glass in pass section, after few second, big blower switch off and small blower on, glass transfer to cooling section for cooling. Advantage of pass section is 4mm glass can be full loading area, so production will be 50% higher than only use one bigger blower but half loading area. What is more, this design can be lower installation power and 60% energy saving for quenching.

1-2 engineers for installation guidance, commissioning and training free. 

Provide operation manuals, including electric diagrams, guidance of operation and maintenance, main process parameter setting. 

Warranty:

1 year warranty.(Warranty start from finishing commissioning.)

Seller will be responsible for the non-artificial damage devices (not including wearing parts), provide technical services and spare parts, and assist to solve the problems during production. Seller should give assistance buyer to solve the problem timely when failures happen.
