Product Description

Swon Series Flat Glass Double Heating Chamber Tempering Furnace
Application: High grade instrumentation, electrical appliances, interiors decoration, solar glass, furniture, decorative , architecture, building laminated glass,big size glass, etc.

Glass tempering furnaces are designed to make finished pieces of glass both stronger and safer in the event that they break. Glass tempering furnaces heat up a piece of glass to a very high temperature, usually over 600° Celsius, and then rapidly cool it uniformly using air jets, a process called quenching.  The rapid cooling causing the surface of the glass to undergo extreme compression, making it much stronger against impacts and heat shock.  Additionally, due to the intense pressures within the glass, if the glass fails, it shatters into several tiny and relatively spherical pieces, making it much less likely for people to become injured from the shards.

 

Characteristics

1.Double heating sections can effectively reduce time for heating and running the big blower,so as to achieve the goal of saving energy and the capacity is almost two times of ordinary type.

2.The use of lower temperature entry of the furnace cut down the bad reaction after the glasses enter into the furnace,thus to improve the quality of the surface.

3.The uniformity of different areas of the glass is in favor of doublle chambers Thereby, the tempering quality can be improved and the breakage can be reduced.

 

Double heating chamber can according technological requirements allowing you full flexibility in configuring your heating type, improve the flatness of the glass surface.Double heating design can shorten heating time so it is high production efficiency. 1.5-1.8 times compares to traditional single chamber tempering furnace.The use of lower temperature entry of furnace decrease the bad reaction such as"break in heating chamber" and  "break because of drilling",so breakage can be reduced.Glass quality defects such as Optical distortion, bending spherical, pitting were decreased evidently, ensure glass tempered quality.

 

Note: All the size are based on millimeter and production are calculated by 5mm float glass at 80% loading rate and 100% finishing rate. The change of equipment configuration will be in accordance with the difference of glass thickness range and environmental factors, it is depend on actual situation.
