Top heating fuse: Bare installation and high power. It could transfer heating very fast and improve production capacity.
Bottom heating fuse: radiant panel in the lower part, it can avoid broken glass drop to damage the thermal fuse.

 Using superior quality insulating cotton supplied excellent keep-warming effect for the whole chamber and reducing the heat loss within maximum limit, highly improve furnace heat insulation capacity. Power-saving capability is obviously proved by the live furnace experiment. Furnace heating loss be reduced by more than 50%.
Good thermal insulation can performance in this two way:
1. Stand next to the chamber, you can feel it is not too hot.
2. Next day after night shift, chamber still keep such high temperature.
